1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at support@vivatrove.com, by submitting a form on the 'Help' page, or by typing your message on the 'Live Chat', within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return or exchange the item.

1.2. Change of Mind: We understand that preferences may change. If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@vivatrove.com, by submitting a form on the 'Help' page, or by typing your message on the 'Live Chat'. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details.

2.2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number on the return package.

2.3. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3.2. Exchanges: If you choose to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.

4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you are returning an item due to defects or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

4.2. Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any such items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
